This role is primarily back office (patient care support, treatment room prep, therapies) with some front desk coverage as needed. We're a fast-paced practice that genuinely believes in taking care of our team — and we back that up with flexibility around life's curveballs.

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM-5:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch (four-day work week!) What you'll do: Support the doctor with back-office patient care and treatment room prep, plus front desk duties as needed Deliver a genuinely warm, professional patient experience — you're often the friendly face keeping the day on track Stay on your feet and keep pace in a busy clinic environment Bring sharp attention to detail to everything from patient files to daily workflow What we're looking for: An upbeat, professional attitude and real commitment to top-notch patient care A strong team player who's reliable and dependable Solid computer skills and comfort with basic office tasks Ability to stay flexible and keep your cool when the day gets busy Comfortable standing and walking throughout your shift to assist with patient flow Nice to have (not required): Active Chiropractic Assistant (CA) Certificate Experience with insurance verification

Training:

No CA certificate? No problem. We pay for all required training and certification (typically about 30 days).
