Physical Therapist Assistant (Full-Time) We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who is passionate about patient care, teamwork, and delivering quality rehabilitation services.

$26 - $32 per hour (DOE)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | Day Shift | 8-Hour Shifts Benefits & Perks Health, Dental & Vision Insurance (with employer contribution) 401(k) with 3% employer contribution 3+ Weeks PTO + 7 Paid Holidays Up to $2,500 Tuition Assistance Bonus & Relocation Reimbursement $2,500 Annual Continuing Education Allowance + Paid CE Days License Reimbursement Free Onsite Fitness Membership 12 Complimentary PT/OT Treatments per Year Key Responsibilities Implement treatment plans under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams Monitor and report changes in patient condition Support clinic workflow, scheduling, and patient management Ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care Participate in training, meetings, and professional development activities Qualifications Graduation from an accredited PTA program Oregon Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License (or eligibility to obtain) BLS Certification (or ability to obtain) New graduates are encouraged to apply
