As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Maybrook Hills, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our patients in a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities:
Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient Conduct physical therapy interventions, such as exercises, stretches, and modalities, under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to physical therapists on treatment effectiveness Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordinated care Adhere to all regulatory requirements and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Pennsylvania Ability to lift, push, and pull patients as necessary Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly Why Join Maybrook Hills?
