Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Therapy Assistant to join our growing team. This full-time role supports the chiropractor and therapy team in delivering exceptional patient care. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in exercise science, physical therapy, or personal training, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in administering therapeutic modalities and exercise programs under chiropractor supervision Instruct and guide patients through rehabilitative exercises and stretches Monitor and document patient progress accurately and efficiently Prepare treatment areas and maintain a clean, organized environment Support the clinical team with administrative tasks as needed Foster a welcoming and professional atmosphere for patients
Required Skills & Qualities:
Outgoing and friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Additional Beneficial Attributes:
Familiarity with chiropractic or rehabilitative therapy procedures Experience with electronic health records (EHR) CPR/AED certification Bilingual skills a plus
