We pride ourselves on the exceptional care we provide for both our residents AND our staff. We are seeking dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our outstanding and growing team! Key Responsibilities:
Implement physical therapy treatment plans created by the Physical Therapist. Assist patients with functional mobility training, including transfers, ambulation, and the use of assistive devices (e.g., walkers, canes). Guide patients through strengthening and balance exercises to improve mobility and stability. Observe and assess patients during therapy sessions, documenting their responses, progress, and any changes in condition. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment goals and progress.

Licensed or certified as a Physical Therapy Assistant in PA CPR certification (preferred). 1+ year experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility Compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled patients.
