We are a therapist-owned practice that believes excellent care comes from strong relationships, thoughtful treatment, and clinicians who are trusted to do their jobs well. With an average caseload of approximately 45 patients per 40-hour week , flexible 4 or 5-day scheduling options, and no weekends or holidays, you can build a career that allows you to make a meaningful impact while still having time for your life outside of work. You will have the opportunity to follow patients throughout their recovery, celebrate their progress, and play an important role in helping them regain strength, mobility, and confidence.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing skilled treatment based on established plans of care Guiding patients through therapeutic exercise and functional activities Helping patients improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall function Using hands-on and manual therapy techniques when appropriate Monitoring patient progress and communicating changes with the supervising Physical Therapist Educating and encouraging patients throughout the rehabilitation process Collaborating closely with Physical Therapists and the rest of the clinical team Maintaining accurate documentation Helping create a positive, welcoming, and supportive patient experience A Clinic Where Relationships Matter We believe physical therapy should feel personal. Requirements to apply:
Physical Therapist Assistant licensure in Pennsylvania or USA Strong communication and interpersonal skills A passion for helping patients reach meaningful goals A team-oriented and positive mindset A commitment to continued learning and professional development The ability to build trust and strong relationships with patients An interest in providing thoughtful, individualized care Manual therapy experience is preferred, but it is not required.
