Full-Time Neffsville Nursing and Rehab Location:
Lancaster, PA Schedule:
Full-Time Rate:
$30-$36 per hour Neffsville Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Lancaster, PA. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for a skilled PTA who enjoys delivering high-quality therapy services in a supportive, resident-focused environment.
What You'll Do:
Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist in evaluating residents and contribute to developing individualized treatment plans Implement therapeutic interventions that improve strength, mobility, and function Document services provided and collaborate with the care team to ensure resident progress Support residents in achieving rehabilitation and recovery goals Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
