Responsibilities Prepare treatment areas and assist with setting up therapy equipment to facilitate efficient sessions Monitor patient progress during sessions, ensuring proper technique and safety protocols are followed Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and treatment records while respecting patient confidentiality Assist front office staff with light administrative tasks Support rehabilitation care by helping patients perform prescribed exercises under supervision and encouraging adherence to therapy plans Qualifications Prior experience practicing in a physical therapy or rehabilitation role is highly preferred Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology is preferred Demonstrated ability to handle heavy lifting and perform manual handling tasks safely in accordance with safety standards Experience working in orthopedics is a plus Strong client communication skills with the ability to explain procedures clearly and empathetically Familiarity with maintaining patient confidentiality is essential Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to advancing PT efforts through compassionate patient care.
