Our team values professionalism, positive energy, and exceptional patient care. We're looking for a reliable, friendly Chiropractic Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly and to create a welcoming experience for every patient. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar Answer phone calls, texts, and emails professionally Maintain accurate patient records and handle basic documentation Assist the chiropractor with patient flow and room preparation Collect payments, process insurance information, and explain fees when needed Keep treatment rooms and common areas clean and organized Support patient education and reinforce care plans Perform general administrative and office support duties Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required) Previous experience in a chiropractic, medical, or healthcare office preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and basic office technology Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 15 lbs if required Comfortable moving between treatment rooms and front desk duties What We Offer On-the-job training Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth within the practice Chiropractic care benefits (if applicable) Starting pay is $16.00 an hour (can be negotiated) We are looking to fill one full time person but are open to two part time positions.
