New Castle, PA About Us Washington Centre Physical Therapy is a privately owned outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic since 1987. WCPT is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming, team-oriented environment. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities:
Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist. Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities. Utilize therapeutic modalities and manual techniques as directed. Monitor patient progress and communicate findings to the Physical Therapist.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Current Pennsylvania PTA license (or eligible for licensure). CPR certification required Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with the clinical team. Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Schedule:
