Physical Therapist Assistant - Outpatient (Indirect Supervision Required)
Location:
State College, PA Schedule:
PRN, as needed, Monday through
Friday Compensation:
Hourly rate, $26-$29/hr based on your experience We are seeking an experienced, licensed PRN physical therapist assistant (PTA) to help on an as-needed basis. While our centers typically operate Monday through Friday, our flexible scheduling lets you craft a schedule that's suited to your unique lifestyle!

Position is covering as needed in our outpatient orthopedic center in State College. This is a community based, patient focused outpatient center that sees a diverse patient mix including orthopedics, neuro and sports medicine. Indirect Supervision is required. Why Work With Us? Work with a variety of team sizes, patient populations, and specialties Responsibilities Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act. Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff. Qualifications College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license with Indirect Supervision CPR certification Additional Data If you're passionate about helping others and value flexibility, apply today!
