Contract Job Summary:

Provide physical therapy support services under indirect supervision, assisting physical therapists in delivering rehabilitation care and improving patient mobility and functional outcomes.

Requirements:

Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license required Certificate of Authority required for indirect supervision Experience in rehabilitation setting preferred Ability to follow treatment plans under supervising PT Strong patient care and communication skills Ability to work in a clinical rehabilitation environment Compliance with state licensure and facility guidelines

Responsibilities:

Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility assistance Support patient rehabilitation and recovery goals Document patient progress and treatment activities Ensure patient safety during therapy sessions Communicate patient progress to supervising PT Maintain clean and safe therapy environment Assist with patient transfers, gait training, and mobility support For more details reach at dparmar@navitashealth.com
