Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Chiropractic Assistant, where your enthusiasm and dedication will directly contribute to enhancing patient well-being and supporting our 30 year veteran Chiropractor. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, assist with assessments, and ensure smooth clinic operations. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment that promotes healing and health. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, manage appointment scheduling, and facilitate a positive patient experience from check-in to check-out Conduct patient intake, including gathering medical history and explaining procedures clearly and compassionately Assist chiropractors with patient assessments by documenting relevant information accurately Maintain thorough knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and patient assessment protocols to support clinical activities Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize equipment, and ensure all supplies are stocked and organized for daily use Assist the chiropractor as needed and assist patients with therapies Educate patients on post-treatment care instructions and answer general questions to promote understanding and compliance Support administrative tasks such as updating patient records, managing documentation, and coordinating follow-up appointments Collect payments, process insurance information, submit and post insurance claims and manage billing support Experience Prior experience in a healthcare or chiropractic setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Knowledge of physiology and anatomy to assist with patient assessments effectively Excellent patient service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that puts patients at ease Knowledge with Medical Billing and Claims submission to ensure accurate reimbursement Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with patients and team members alike This role offers an engaging opportunity to be part of a supportive team dedicated to improving lives through holistic care. Pay:
$14.00 - $17.00 per hour
