  • Clear systems, strong leadership, and support What You'll Be Responsible For This is a dual-role position combining patient care and front-office coordination: Patient Care & Clinical Support Assist with therapies and guide patients through prescribed exercises Support patient education to improve understanding and outcomes Help create a comfortable, positive patient experience Financial & Insurance Coordination Review patient ledgers and clearly explain financial responsibility Interpret insurance benefits, coverage, and out-of-pocket costs Confidently discuss care plans and associated fees with patients Front Office & Operations Scheduling, check-in/check-out, and patient flow management Track patient compliance and follow-up communication Maintain accurate documentation and use office systems efficiently What We're Looking For You will stand out if you are: Confident discussing money in a professional, helpful way Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple responsibilities A strong communicator who builds trust quickly Organized and dependable in a fast-paced setting Comfortable with numbers , basic accounting, and problem-solving Required Skills Strong verbal and written communication Basic accounting/math skills ( required ) Ability to understand and explain insurance and financial details Computer proficiency and attention to detail Preferred (Not Required, But Valuable) Experience in a healthcare or chiropractic setting Medical insurance knowledge (claims, benefits, terminology) Customer service or patient-facing experience Ability to educate patients on care plans and exercises X-ray certification (or willingness to obtain) Schedule Monday•

7:30 AM
