Job Summary Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Physical Therapy Technician and become a vital support in helping patients regain mobility, strength, and independence! In this energetic role, you will assist licensed physical therapists in delivering exceptional care, preparing treatment areas, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Duties Assist physical therapists with patient setup, positioning, and equipment preparation to ensure safe and effective treatment sessions Monitor patient responses during therapy exercises and report any concerns or discomfort to the supervising therapist Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, updating patient records, and managing treatment logs Educate patients on proper exercise techniques and home care routines under the guidance of licensed therapists Restock supplies and ensure therapy tools are available and functioning correctly for daily use Observe safety protocols at all times to create a secure environment for patients and staff Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in health sciences is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to interact empathetically with diverse patient populations Ability to stand, walk, and assist with patient mobility for extended periods Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently Willingness to learn clinical procedures and adhere to healthcare regulations Prior experience in healthcare or physical therapy settings is advantageous but not required A positive attitude, energetic approach, and motivation to support patient recovery are essential Embark on a rewarding career journey where your proactive spirit fuels healing and progress!
