We are looking for a smart, motivated, and dependable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in helping others. No chiropractic experience is required. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training for the right person. What matters most is your ability to learn quickly, make good decisions, communicate effectively, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure. This is not a full time desk job. Our Chiropractic Assistants are actively involved in patient care throughout the day and play a critical role in helping patients improve their health and quality of life. We believe in a holistic approach to health and wellness. What You'll Do Assist patients throughout their care plans and treatment programs Operate and monitor non-surgical spinal decompression equipment Administer laser therapy treatments according to established protocols Assist patients with rehabilitation activities Prepare treatment areas and equipment for patient care Maintain efficient patient flow in a busy clinical environment Educate and encourage patients throughout their treatment journey Document patient treatments and maintain accurate records Work closely with doctors and team members to deliver an exceptional patient experience Option to receive on-the-job training to perform digital X-rays and imaging procedures Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Intelligent and capable of exercising sound judgment Self-motivated and able to take initiative without constant supervision Dependable, punctual, and accountable Comfortable learning new technologies and clinical procedures Professional, positive, and confident when interacting with patients Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Physically capable of being on their feet for much of the day A team player who contributes to a positive workplace culture Committed to personal growth and continuous learning Qualifications No specific degree required No chiropractic experience required Healthcare experience is a plus but not necessary Strong communication and problem-solving skills required Willingness to learn and develop specialized clinical skills required Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications Paid training Opportunities for advancement and increased responsibility Professional development and skill-building opportunities Positive team-oriented work environment Meaningful work helping patients improve their health and quality of life Why Precision Spine Specialists?
