A Brief Overview The Physical Therapy Assistant is responsible for providing physical therapy treatment to patients under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist and in accordance with professional and organizational standards of treatment. What you will do Implements patient treatments based on assessment and under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Initiates patient and family teaching. Demonstrates initiative in identifying opportunities for self-development and enhancement of professional competency. Education/Formal Training Requirements Required
