We are seeking a dependable, proactive, and team-oriented Part-Time Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing clinical practice. This position may become full-time in the future as we continue to grow. In this role, you will be the heart of our office—welcoming patients, assisting with clinic flow, and ensuring every patient receives top-quality care in a warm and positive environment.

Key Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, manage check-ins/check-outs, and keep front desk operations running smoothly. Assist doctors with patient setup, therapy preparation, and maintaining efficient clinic workflow. Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming treatment rooms and common areas. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and follow up with patients. Support teammates across various front-office and clinical tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements Availability:
Must be able to work evening shifts and occasionally Saturday mornings.
Flexibility:
Willingness to adjust schedule based on clinic volume or team coverage.
Communication:
Excellent verbal skills and a friendly, open personality.
Tech Skills:
Basic computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn practice management software.
Experience:
Prior healthcare, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required —we will provide full training for the right candidate! Why Join Our Practice?
