We are an energetic environment dedicated to the health and wellness of our patients. This is a crucial role as you will be the first point of contact for patients and a big part of making their experience with us exceptional! Positive energy and smiling is a MUST! Hours for this position are Monday-Thursday 7am-6pm and are non negotiable. Responsibilities and Duties Duties include greeting and registering patients, scheduling and following up with patient appointments, scanning and maintaining patient records, collecting co-pays working with Mac including MacPractice and Open Office, daily cleaning and maintenance of office space, answering phones, operating the spinal decompression table and assisting in therapeutic modalities. You may also assist with marketing events. Qualifications and Skills We are looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal skills, who truly enjoys working with people. Must also be a trustworthy team player that is highly organized, has solid computer skills and the ability to multitask on a daily basis. An interest in chiropractic, fitness and/or wellness is a big plus. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, as this is a standing position only. Also medical office experience is preferred!
