Job Description
CareRite Centers seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver compassionate, resident-centered rehabilitation in a skilled nursing and post-acute setting. Working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional mobility interventions to help residents regain independence and improve quality of life. You will document progress, collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, and support a hospitality-driven, dignified care experience in a fast-paced, outcomes-focused environment.
