Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and clinically strong Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Dallas field team. This is a PRN position providing therapy services to patients in their homes within a defined coverage area. We operate on a commercial insurance only model. No Medicare. No Medicaid. No OASIS. This structure allows our therapists to concentrate on patient care and functional outcomes. Compensation and Benefits This position offers $135 per visit with mileage reimbursement. You will be supported by experienced clinical leadership and coordinated scheduling. Onboarding During onboarding, clinicians complete skills validation, EMR training, policy and compliance review, badge issuance, scrub distribution, and equipment orientation to ensure readiness and consistency in the field. Responsibilities The Physical Therapist Assistant will implement treatment plans developed by the supervising PT, document patient progress, communicate changes in condition, and ensure timely and accurate documentation. Qualifications Active Texas PTA license in good standing required. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
