Job Description

Align Injury & Rehab Center of Houston is a multi-site Physical Therapy & Chiropractic clinic. We specialize in treating patients who have been involved in motor vehicle accidents. We are currently seeking a Chiropractic Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is currently open at our West location located at 5870 Hwy 6 N. Houston, TX 77084.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage day-to-day office administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and handling phone/email inquiries. Work one-on-one with patients to facilitate their intake process, answer questions, and ensure a smooth and pleasant experience. Assist Doctor with administrative and clinical tasks as needed, including preparing treatment rooms, assisting with treatments, managing patient flow, and documentation. Ensure the office environment is well-organized and patient friendly. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the overall operations of the clinic.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Great customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients. Excellent phone etiquette. Basic computer skills (Email, Microsoft, Typing). Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
The following skills or experience is preferred but not required. Experience with medical billing and coding Previous experience in a healthcare or chiropractic setting is a plus Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and/or electronic health records (EHR) systems
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, PRN Pay:
$12.50 - $15.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
