Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Engagement & Relationship Building Build genuine relationships with patients and their families Help create a positive, high-energy atmosphere patients enjoy being part of Perform therapies and exercises that we teach with patients Encourage and collect patient success stories, reviews, and testimonials Identify natural opportunities to invite patients to refer friends and family Patient Experience & Clinic Flow Welcome and greet patients when they arrive Provide tours of the clinic for new patients Guide patients through their visit experience Help ensure visits run smoothly and efficiently Assist with patient flow and preparing rooms for treatments Content Creation & Social Media Capture photos and short videos of positive moments in the clinic Help share patient success stories online and in the clinic Assist with simple video edits or social media posts Highlight the positive energy of the clinic through creative content Events & Community Engagement Help promote in-office workshops and special events Personally invite patients to educational events and activities Assist with flyers and internal promotions Help create excitement and participation around clinic events Scheduling & Coordination Schedule and confirm patient appointments Prepare rooms and materials for workshops or patient reports Help keep the clinic organized and running efficiently What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Friendly and confident speaking with new people Positive, energetic, and encouraging A strong communicator in person and on the phone Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable asking for reviews, testimonials, and referrals Creative and comfortable with social media Passionate about health, wellness, and helping people Bonus Skills Experience in any of the following areas is helpful but not required: Social media content creation or simple video editing Event promotion or community engagement Customer service, hospitality, fitness, or wellness environments Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience Performance bonuses available You can increase your income through bonuses tied to: Patient reviews collected Video testimonials captured Referrals generated Event participation and promotions How to Apply Please submit your resume and include a short message telling us: "Why you believe you would thrive in a high-energy chiropractic clinic."
