Position Overview:

We are looking for a personable, organized, and driven Chiropractic Assistant to support daily operations and deliver top-tier care to our patients. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume setting, is comfortable interacting with a diverse patient base, and is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism Assist chiropractor with patient care and therapies Manage appointment scheduling and patient records Perform front desk and administrative duties Help with insurance verifications and billing Communicate clearly with patients about treatments and procedures Contribute to social media efforts and clinic promotions (a plus) Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment

Qualifications:

Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred Minimum 1 year experience preferred in one of the following: Chiropractic office Medical office setting Communications or customer service field Comfortable in a high-volume office Excellent multitasking and organizational skills Personable and professional demeanor Social media and digital communication experience is a plus Must be available full-time Why Join Us?
