Position Summary We are seeking a Full-Time patient-focused Physical Therapy Assistant who possesses great customer service skills to join our amazing team. Key Responsibilities Promote and maintain positive working relationships with residents, families, and staff Deliver a high level of customer service and hospitality to residents, employees, visitors, and the community Demonstrate flexibility, accountability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment Work collaboratively as a team player within the interdisciplinary care team Required Qualifications Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the State of Texas Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional listening and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to support resident-centered care. Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
