Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Surrounding Areas We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic healthcare team, providing essential rehabilitative services to patients in surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities:
Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or managing chronic conditions Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities as directed by the supervising therapist Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any concerns or changes to the supervising therapist Educate patients and their families on exercises, mobility techniques, and injury prevention strategies Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment in compliance with healthcare regulations Adhere to all safety protocols and confidentiality standards
Skills and Qualifications:

Other Requirements:
Maintain current state PTA license certification.
Education/Training:
Graduate of a school with PTA curriculum approved by CAPTE or its successor organizations or meet any other Home Health Care Conditions of Participation PTA 42 requirements as outlined in 42 CFR 418.114(b)(8)- 418.114(b)(8) (ii) (A) (4). Successfully passed a national PTA examination recognized by the APTA. Minimum of one year of PTA experience in a health care setting, home health care experience preferred.
