• Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dependable Physical Therapist Assistant to support our Dallas therapy team in a full time field based role.

This salaried position provides therapy services in patient homes within a defined coverage area under the direction of a supervising Physical Therapist. We operate on a commercial insurance only model. No Medicare. No Medicaid. No OASIS. Compensation and Benefits This position offers an annual salary range of 90,000 to 100,000 with mileage reimbursement. Eligible employees become eligible for company sponsored medical, dental, and vision benefits after 60 days, with 70 percent of premiums employer paid for the employee and family. Paid time off is included. You will be supported by experienced clinical leadership and coordinated scheduling. Onboarding During onboarding, clinicians complete skills validation, EMR training, policy and compliance review, badge issuance, scrub distribution, and equipment orientation to ensure readiness and consistency in the field. Responsibilities The Physical Therapist Assistant will implement treatment plans developed by the supervising PT, document patient progress, communicate changes in condition, and ensure timely and accurate documentation. Qualifications Active Texas PTA license in good standing required. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
