The Worx Outpatient Therapy, part of Sunshine Terrace Foundation About the Role The Worx Outpatient Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient team in Logan, Utah. This role offers the opportunity to provide one-on-one, patient-centered care with a low patient-to-therapist ratio , allowing you to focus on quality outcomes rather than volume. About Us Sunshine Terrace Foundation is a nonprofit healthcare organization with more than 70 years of service. Our campus provides a full continuum of care, including rehabilitation services, assisted living, outpatient therapy, senior wellness programs, and health education. We are committed to a collaborative, supportive workplace culture focused on exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities Deliver physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Guide patients through individualized therapeutic exercise programs Monitor, document, and report patient progress and responses to treatment Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety practices Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient goals Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulations Ensure a safe, clean, and professional treatment environment Participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuing education opportunities
Qualifications Required:
Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current or eligible PTA license in the state of Utah CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Preferred:
