Position Summary:
We are looking for two full time outstanding Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Provo team.
Essential Job Functions:
The Physical Therapist assistant will perform any or all the therapy procedures within the scope of respective license and training in physical therapy. Follows the outlined treatment plan as developed by a physical therapist for each patient, involving physical means, such as exercise, massage, heat, etc. Direct and aids patients in active and passive exercise, muscle reeducation, gait and functional training, utilizing pulleys and weights, steps and inclined surfaces and other therapy. Gives instruction in posture control and therapeutic procedures to be continued by the patient. Evaluate, record, and report patients' progress for review by physical therapist.
Qualifications:
  • Must have a PTA License Certified physical therapist assistant
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Good Computer skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Bilingual preferred.
Hours:
The two shifts we are looking to fill are below: Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri 7am-5pm Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu 7am-5pm
