Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy treatment under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist Assist patients with mobility, strength, balance, function, and pain management goals Deliver high-quality outpatient care in a one-on-one setting Complete documentation accurately and on time Communicate effectively with patients and team members

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Active Virginia PTA license, or license eligible Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, reliable, and team-oriented Outpatient experience preferred, but not required No experience? No problem. Preceptorship and training are available for motivated new grads.
