Job Description

Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Are you a compassionate and motivated PTA looking for more flexibility, independence, and purpose in your career? Your Role:
As a PTA with Nayar Health Care, you'll provide personalized, hands-on care in the home setting, including: Delivering skilled therapy services under the supervision of a licensed PT Assisting with evaluations and contributing to individualized care plans Guiding therapeutic exercises and supporting mobility or adaptive equipment use Documenting patient progress and collaborating with the care team Educating patients and caregivers on home programs and long-term care techniques Supporting discharge planning and connecting patients to community resources
Qualifications:
Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Virginia Graduation from an accredited PTA program (minimum 2 years) Current CPR certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to travel locally for patient visits, meetings, and supply pick-up
