We are looking for a motivated individual to join our great team. We are a small, but busy, privately owned outpatient physical therapy practice. This position would be a great opportunity for an individual wanting to go to physical therapy/physical therapy assistant school one day. The clinic is open M-F 7am to 6pm. The hours would vary based on the patient caseload at time of hiring and would be discussed during interview process. We offer competitive pay and a great learning environment for our physical therapy technicians. Below are qualities we are looking for in our candidates. Past experience is encouraged but not a requirement. Training will begin once hired. Health science undergraduate degree obtained Goal driven individual Background in anatomy/exercise science Ability to interact/talk/assist patients with their exercise programs Ability to respond to constructive feedback Able to assist and learn skills from front desk staff including authorizations Respectful and reliable individual Desire to learn and grow as a PT tech General housekeeping tasks Ability to talk on phone with patients and staff Open communication with PTs and clinic staff Ability to work well with other PT techs to assist patients and troubleshoot during busier clinic times Keep clinic safe and clean for patients arrival and departures
