$37•45/hour (DOE) Flexible scheduling: Full-time & PRN shifts available Comprehensive benefits: Health, dental, vision, PTO Supportive culture: Collaborative team where your skills are valued Your Role as a PTA As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Loudoun Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, you will: Provide skilled therapy under the supervision of a Physical Therapist Prepare and maintain treatment areas and equipment Ensure resident safety and comfort during therapy Accurately document therapy sessions (co-signed by PT) Instruct residents and staff on exercises, transfers, and use of medical devices Assist with discharge planning and coordinate necessary equipment What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program Valid VA PTA license and registration Experience in long-term care or geriatric rehab preferred Compassionate, team-oriented, and resident-focused Loudoun Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is an equal opportunity employer.
