About Us Norview Family Chiropractic is a fast-paced, family-focused chiropractic office dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our community. We are looking for a reliable, motivated team member who is eager to grow with our office long-term. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy healthcare environment, enjoys helping people, and is looking for leadership growth opportunities within a supportive team atmosphere. Position Overview We are currently hiring for an in-office Chiropractic Assistant / Assistant Office Manager position. This role will work closely with our providers and current management team, with the opportunity to transition into an in-office Office Manager role within 9-12 months. We are looking for someone dependable, organized, compassionate, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Duties Assist doctors with patient care and therapies Answer multiple phone lines Schedule current and new patients Collect patient payments Verify insurance benefits Assist with office flow and daily operations Support patient communication and education Learn office management responsibilities and systems Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service Preferred Qualifications Previous chiropractic office experience Experience with ChiroTouch EHR software Insurance verification X-ray certification or X-ray experience Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus We Are Willing to Train the Right Candidate The ideal applicant is: A fast learner Compassionate and patient-focused Highly organized Comfortable multitasking Team-oriented Reliable and motivated to grow professionally Schedule Monday 6:45 AM
