Responsibilities Welcome and assist patients with professionalism and compassion. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage front office functions. Maintain accurate patient records and office systems. Support the clinical team to ensure an outstanding patient experience. Qualifications Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Professional, dependable, and able to multitask. Healthcare experience preferred, including medical reception, front desk, administrative support, patient scheduling, and/or medical billing. Candidates with exceptional customer service or hospitality experience are also encouraged to apply.
