Job Description
The Therapy Network is actively recruiting enthusiastic and motivated Rull Time Physical Therapy Technicians to join our growing Team! Physical Therapy Technicians are responsible for providing essential support in maintaining high-quality patient care while assisting the Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). This role involves actively participating in patient exercises, aiding in documentation, collaborating with the Front Desk Staff, delivering excellent customer service, and upholding clinic standards and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients in performing exercises as directed by the PT and/or PTA.
- Support the PT and/or PTA in maintaining accurate documentation as required.
- Engage in effective communication and collaboration with the Front Desk Staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the overall patient experience.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will satisfactorily perform each essential duty and responsibility. The following qualifications represent the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities:- Possess the physical capability to perform exercises with patients as instructed by the PT and/or PTA.
- Demonstrate effective and efficient communication skills with patients and fellow staff members.
- Display proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehending written and oral communications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting or related field.
- Certification or coursework related to physical therapy assistance.
- Familiarity with relevant software for documentation and scheduling.
Pay:
$15.00- $15.
