Job Description
Stowe Chiropractic is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Chiropractic Assistant who is self-motivated and loves caring for people. Candidate will support the team with enthusiasm in patient intakes, patient evaluations, phone calls, billing, sales, execution and coordination of marketing events, and collaboration with community outreach initiatives. This individual will be responsible for multiple tasks simultaneously and be expected to deliver high-quality performance on a consistent basis. New patient intake Patient evaluations Patient education Reception duties Billing Marketing events Community outreach initiatives Incoming and outbound phone calls Control and oversee patient flow Experience you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent Strong communication capabilities, including the ability to deescalate high intensity situations Strong process-orientation and exceptional problem-solving skills Flexibility to work in a fast pace, high energy environment Ability to quickly create solutions in high pressure situations This position is not your typical health and wellness office!Hours Needed:
