Job Description

About us Fiziologix PT is one of Bainbridge Island's most trusted and celebrated physical therapy clinics — voted among the best in the area multiple times and still raising the bar. Our clinic's success stems from our perfected approach to patient care — designing personalized health plans that, when followed, consistently exceed patient expectations. Our clients don't just show up to recover — they choose us because they're ready to commit. They trust the process, actively participate in their healing, and as a result, recover faster than average. We don't convince people to get better; our clients arrive motivated, engaged, and eager to do the work. That culture of dual commitment — ours to exceptional care, theirs to the process — is reflected in our outcomes, our reputation, and the loyalty of the community we serve. We serve both insurance and cash-based patients and our patient population is focused on active adults and athletes. The Opportunity This isn't a clock-in, execute, clock-out kind of role. We're looking for a PTA who shows up as a true clinical partner — someone who brings curiosity, creativity, and genuine care to every session. You'll work alongside our physical therapists to bring treatment plans to life, contributing your own insight and instincts along the way. Our clinic is located within Bainbridge Island's most inclusive, longevity-focused fitness community — a private, membership-based strength training and conditioning facility. You'll work with an enthusiastic, sports-oriented clientele who are already invested in their health, while collaborating with some of the best performance trainers and seasoned coaches in the area. We actively encourage our providers to broaden their skills and leverage their unique strengths — whether that means co-designing group rehabilitation classes, contributing to web-based programs, or supporting specialty offerings. These initiatives come with additional commission and revenue sharing, rewarding clinicians who bring creativity and commitment to everything they do. What Practice Looks Like Here Focused, personalized, intentional, high-impact care Sessions run 45-60 minutes, one-on-one Work with multiple PTs across a range of therapeutic programs AI-assisted charting and automated scheduling — more time for patients, less time on paperwork A team that genuinely communicates — open doors, shared goals, mutual respect Scheduling built around your life Pay commensurate with experience + strong benefits package Part-time or full-time options available This Role Is a
