The Role We're looking for a full-time Chiropractic Assistant to help carry out our mission. Our ideal candidate is outgoing, highly organized, and maintains a high level of emotional intelligence. Responsibilities Guide new patients through their Welcome Visit and orient them to the office Manage appointments in online scheduling software Manage the flow of patients through the office Take, upload, and prepare X-rays Perform nervous system scans Assist in teaching patients exercises and setting them up in traction Process payments as needed Participate in community outreach events, as required Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (key to this role) Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy, high-volume environment A friendly, joyful demeanor and excellent communication skills Passion for health, wellness, and chiropractic care Willingness to adapt, learn, and grow in the role High level of professionalism and integrity Experience in customer service or a healthcare setting Experience using online scheduling software and electronic health records (EHR) is strongly preferred Working Hours Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-1:00 PM and 2:00 PM-7:00 PM Expected hours: 38-40 per week (full-time) Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $21-$23 per hour 401(k) with company matching Paid time off and holiday pay Free access to chiropractic care for yourself and immediate family Health insurance Paid training and certification for X-ray Technician license Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Free membership to local fitness club How to Apply If you're excited about making a difference in people's lives through excellent service and community engagement, we'd love to hear from you.
