South Creek Post Acute Full-Time:
$35.00 - $42.00 per hour Part-Time positions available Come see what we're all about at South Creek Post Acute! We're looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who's passionate about helping residents restore mobility, confidence, and independence. General Purpose Under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, the PTA provides hands-on care, implements treatment plans, and helps residents reach their therapy goals in a positive, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality therapy services per the Physical Therapist's care plan
- Document daily treatments and weekly progress notes accurately and on time
- Support restorative nursing training and participate in team meetings
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers in safe mobility and exercise routines
- Maintain treatment areas and equipment in good working order
- Communicate effectively with the care team regarding progress and needs Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Washington State
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute rehab preferred
