Paid X-ray certification, on-the-job training, growth opportunities About Us Progressive Chiropractic is a NUCCA-focused chiropractic clinic passionate about improving lives through gentle, precise Upper Cervical Chiropractic care. We're looking for a warm, dependable, and highly organized Chiropractic Assistant to support both patient care and clinical operations. This role is ideal for someone who loves people, is eager to learn, and wants to be part of a purpose-driven team. What You'll Do on Our Team Phase 1 (First 1-3 Months): Training and Core Responsibilities Regular Patient Support Greet and engage patients during treatment visits Track and document patient progress Assist with chart notes and pre-adjustment procedures Prepare patients for adjustments and post-checks New Patient Intake Review intake paperwork and collect patient history Give a brief tour and welcome Explain NUCCA technique (script provided) Prep doctor to assess next steps Re-Examinations Help patients complete re-exam paperwork Perform range of motion (ROM) and orthopedic testing Set up room for adjustments and support doctor follow-up Concierge Tasks Follow up with patients who missed appointments Build rapport to enhance the patient experience Phase 2 (After Initial Training) Day 2 Patient Visits Explain X-ray findings, care recommendations, and financial options. Support the doctor in case presentation and answering patient questions X-Ray Duties Take patient X-rays (clinic pays for your X-ray certification) Ensure imaging quality and proper documentation What We're Looking For Friendly and professional communicator Highly organized with attention to detail Quick learner who thrives in a busy, people-focused setting Prior experience in healthcare or customer service is a plus Comfortable with technology and patient documentation Willing to obtain X-ray certification (we'll pay for it!)
