Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional patient care and support within our chiropractic practice. You will assist the chiropractor in various tasks, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of service and attention during their visits. Duties Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process. Conduct initial patient assessments, collecting relevant medical history and information. Educate patients about treatment plans, exercises, and wellness strategies. Assist the chiropractor during examinations and treatments, including preparing treatment rooms, assisting patients on and off treatment equipment Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment scheduling. Ensure daily a clean and organized work environment for staff and patients , adhering to safety protocols including daily cleaning tasks Answer patient inquiries regarding services, appointments, and general office procedures. Phone etiquette and ability to learn and follow scripts for patient calls and follow up Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care. Qualifications Strong skills in patient service with a focus on empathy and communication. Familiarity with medical terminology to effectively communicate with patients and staff. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required. A proactive attitude towards learning new skills related to chiropractic care. •Additional note: This position is Monday - Thursday.
