We pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care in a supportive and friendly environment. We've recently begun to expand the services of our clinic and are looking for a key team member who shares our commitment to excellence and patient satisfaction. The Opportunity We're seeking a Chiropractic Front Desk & Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a vital role responsible for ensuring our clinic runs smoothly and our patients feel welcome and well-cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. We are primarily looking for an experienced individual with a proven track record in a chiropractic or medical office setting. The ideal candidate will seamlessly handle administrative tasks, manage patient flow, and possess a deep understanding of clinic operations, including proficiency in our practice management software Chirotouch. However, we understand that talent comes in many forms! We are also open to considering a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual without direct chiropractic experience. If you have experience in a healthcare office setting, exceptional administrative skills, a strong customer service background, and a genuine eagerness to learn the ropes of a chiropractic clinic and its specific systems, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities Patient Scheduling:
Efficiently schedule and confirm patient appointments, managing the clinic's calendar within Chirotouch and TrackStat .
Patient Check-in/Check-out:
Warmly greet patients, manage intake forms, collect co-pays, and schedule follow-up appointments using Chirotouch .
Insurance Verification:
Verify patient insurance benefits and explain basic coverage clearly and concisely, utilizing Chirotouch 's capabilities.
Billing & Payments:
Process payments, handle basic billing inquiries, and maintain accurate financial records in Chirotouch . Electronic Health Records (EHR): Accurately enter and manage patient information within our EHR system, Chirotouch .
Communication:
Answer phones, monitor and respond to emails/texts TrackStat, IntakeQ and manage general clinic correspondence professionally.
Clinic Maintenance:
Ensure the reception area and waiting room are tidy and welcoming.
Support:
Assist chiropractors and other staff as needed to ensure smooth clinic operations.
What We're Looking For Preferred Experience & Skills:
2+ years of experience in a chiropractic, medical, or dental office setting. Proficiency with Chirotouch and TrackStat or similar chiropractic/medical practice management software. Strong understanding of insurance verification and basic medical billing. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Essential Skills & Qualities (for all candidates):

Competitive Compensation:
Starting at $25 - $30 per hour for experienced candidates, and $23-$25 for those without Chiropractic office experience.
