PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Independence Rehab Ashley Gardens | Mount Vernon WA Flexible PRN Schedule | Therapist-Owned Company Meaningful Work - On Your Schedule Independence Rehab is seeking a compassionate PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to support our therapy team at Ashley Gardens, a beautiful assisted living facility in Mt. Vernon . In assisted living therapy settings, small progress creates life-changing impact. Our goal is to help each patient regain mobility, confidence, and independence so they can safely transition to the next level of care. If you enjoy working with older adults, value flexibility, and want to be part of a supportive clinical team, this is a great PRN opportunity. What You'll Do As a PRN PTA, you'll provide hands-on, functional therapy to a geriatric population, including: Gait and mobility retraining Transfer training across all levels of assistance Strengthening, balance, and fall prevention Supporting patients with medically complex conditions Collaborating with the supervising PT on care progression Working alongside nursing, OT, and speech to support whole-person recovery If you need support building any of these competencies, we provide training and mentorship.
