Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in medical office administration and exceptional patient service skills.Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule patient appointments using medical scheduling systems
- Assist chiropractors and massage therapists with patient care procedures
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy in documentation
- Verify insurance eligibility and obtain benefit quotes
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the patient experience
- Availability to work afternoon/evening Monday through
Friday Experience:
- Previous experience in a medical office setting or as a medical receptionist is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
