Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in medical office administration and exceptional patient service skills.
Duties:
  • Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Schedule patient appointments using medical scheduling systems
  • Assist chiropractors and massage therapists with patient care procedures
  • Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy in documentation
  • Verify insurance eligibility and obtain benefit quotes
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance the patient experience
  • Availability to work afternoon/evening Monday through
Friday Experience:
  • Previous experience in a medical office setting or as a medical receptionist is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
