What You'll Do Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist Deliver skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic activities, and manual techniques within PTA scope of practice Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate progress or concerns to supervising PT Provide patient education related to exercise progression, body mechanics, and home programs Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture Required Qualifications Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current Washington State PTA license (or ability to obtain prior to start) Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain before start date) Strong communication skills and team-based mindset Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care Preferred Qualifications Experience in outpatient orthopedics or sports rehab Experience with post-surgical or return-to-sport rehab Manual therapy training within PTA scope Interest in professional development and community engagement Compensation & Benefits $28-$35 per hour based on experience and skills Flexible scheduling options CEU allowance and structured mentorship Modern, fully equipped outpatient clinic Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off Professional development assistance Relocation assistance (if applicable) How to Apply Apply online: https://www.experience-pt.com/V1/careers Or send resume directly to: billpfister@experience-pt.com Let's redefine patient care together.
