Job Duties:

Compassionate and forward thinking Optimize patient centered diagnosis by assessing strengths and weaknesses Devise creative and effective team-based treatment plans in accordance with the physician's orders Combine evidence based physical therapy practice philosophies to ensure the best clinical outcomes for patients Have effective communication skills Have strong interpersonal skills that motivate patients to restore their physical function and mobility

Qualifications:

Must have valid Washington PTA license that is in good standing Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred Pay Transparency Statement Compensation for roles at Spokane Falls Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Spokane Falls Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Spokane Falls Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:
