We're a bustling multidisciplinary clinic offering Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, Functional Medicine, and Med Spa and we're looking for our next all-star Chiropractic Assistant/Tech to be the welcoming face of our Tacoma office!
What You'll Do:
Be the first friendly face patients see when they walk in Greet and check patients in/out with warmth and efficiency Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments like a pro Keep the front desk organized and running smoothly Handle patient files, payments, and basic documentation Assist the providers as needed with occasional exams, cleaning and prepping rooms (training provided) Maintain a professional, upbeat atmosphere in the clinic You'll Be aGreat Fit If:
