We are a large, growing Chiropractic clinic in Tacoma looking for a Chiropractic Assistant to join our friendly, professional team. Our patient and community relationships are the foundation of our business and, as such, we are looking for an individual who can help cultivate these relationships. A great fit for our team would possess the following traits: Motivated to succeed with a desire to learn and grow A positive attitude and solid support for the team Fantastic interpersonal skills and a desire to help people improve their lives Good communication skills that help others succeed Basic responsibilities would be: Greet and check in patients in person and on the phone. Route calls and messages to appropriate departments. Collect and verify personal and insurance information from patients, enter and scan data into our computer system and update files. Collect appropriate co-pays or monies due. Opening and closing cash procedures. Scheduling patient's appointments, call back reminders, etc. Help multiple doctors take great care of our patients.
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per weekBenefits:
