Front Desk Receptionist / Chiropractic Assistant Tundra Chiropractic is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated team member to join our growing practice in De Pere. No chiropractic experience? No problem—we can teach the right person. We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, stays organized, takes initiative, and is excited to learn and grow with our team. This is a part-time position, approximately 25-35 hours per week, primarily Monday through Thursday, with some flexibility for the right candidate. What You'll Do Greet patients and help them feel welcome Answer phones, schedule appointments, and keep the front desk running smoothly Assist with patient paperwork and records Help with insurance verification and administrative tasks as needed Support the team with filing, data entry, and other office responsibilities Learn the day-to-day operations of a busy chiropractic office Help create a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors What We're Looking For Friendly, dependable, and professional Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable with basic computer programs and learning new software Motivated to learn and grow within the position Able to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment Previous customer service, reception, healthcare, or office experience is helpful but not required Why You'll Love It Here At Tundra Chiropractic, you'll be part of a supportive team that genuinely cares about our patients and each other.
